Hi I’m Kelsey Yeliga. I’m a registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work with a Clinical specialization.
My priority as a therapist is that you feel heard, accepted, and understood. I will strive to understand you and your concerns deeply, while genuinely showing you acceptance, warmth, and holding you in positive regard.
We are all human, we all struggle.
I enjoy working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, shame, low self-esteem, existential concerns and many other areas. I have completed extra training in Perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) mental health.
Primary therapy approaches that inform my practice include: Client centered, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral.
I graduated with my Masters degree in 2012. I worked as a therapist at Alberta Mental Health for 3 years. 2 years as a school counsellor, 1 year in private practice, and almost 5 years as a stay-at-home mom.
A bit about me: I’m married and have 2 young boys. I enjoy being outdoors, reading, games, and time with family and friends. I cherish the work I do, and feel so grateful for the brave clients who allow me to hear their heartfelt stories.
Availability: Mondays and Fridays 9-5

My name is Savana Antonation and I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work with a Clinical specialization. I enjoy working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, boundaries, compassion fatigue and burnout… just to name a few. In my counselling practice I draw upon a few practice modalities—the most common ones being Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-based, Solution-focused therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. I naturally work from a person-centred approach, which means that I believe the client counsellor relationship is one of the most important parts of counselling.
I graduated with my Bachelor of Social Work in 2016 and throughout my education worked at a shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence and volunteered at the Lethbridge Family Center running groups for children. After graduating from my bachelor’s degree I began a career as a case manager for Children’s Services where I worked with children, youth, and families. In 2019 I began my master’s, so I could further my passion and life-long goal of becoming a counsellor. Since then have been working as a school counsellor working with youth.
When I’m not in the counselling office I love being outside, hiking with my golden retriever… but I also love watching a good show on Netflix! I enjoy getting to know new people and have a genuine interest in learning about other’s experiences.
If you would like to book in with me, I offer weekday, weekend, and some evening appointments.
