Please do not visit us if:

• you have symptoms of illness consistent with Covid-19 (i.e., sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, persistent cough, headache, etc.)
• you have tested positive for Covid-19 and are still experiencing symptoms

Please let us know if:

• you have recently been in the office and tested positive for Covid-19 

Masks are recommended for all in-person sessions, as per the AHS Use of Masks During COVID-19 Directive (https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/assets/info/ppih/if-ppih-covid-19-ppe-continuous-use-guidance-masking.pdf). Thank you for your cooperation
